First day of Second Grade!

Slade was so excited to start school this year and he was even more excited to start when he saw all of his friends that would be in his class last night. 

This morning he jumped out of bed without a fight and quickly got ready. 

As we walked down to the bus stop he said "seriously I can handle this, you don't have to follow me like I am a baby"

He is so grown up!
